- Identificar, mapear e priorizar principais estratégias nacionais e regionais para otimização de acesso publico e privado dos produtos Organon
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de HTA centralizadas e descentralizadas em pagadores privados e públicos
- Alinhamento e implementação de plano de ação multidisciplinar entre Acesso, marketing e área medica
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de farmacoeconomia
- Garantir adaptação de modelo de valor em acesso Global para realidade local
- Baseado em demandas de mercado liderar projetos e iniciativas que visam o aumento de acesso das soluções Organon nos mercados privado e público – exemplo apoiar e desenvolver gestão de modelos diferenciados de Acesso.
- Desenvolver e implementar materiais e ferramentas alinhadas a mensagem de valor a ser utilizada frente aos pagadores - Colabora com a equipe da SAM nas ferramentas de desenvolvimento a serem trabalhadas pelos KAMs / Pagadores com o público e os pagadores, com o objetivo de apoiar o processo de tomada de decisão
- Analisar e acompanhar desafios de acesso de forma a antecipar mudanças e propor plano de ação - Compreender e monitorar o ambiente de acesso com relação aos mercados públicos e privados, incluindo atualizações da CONITEC, ANS, CMED.
- Colabora com a equipe da Preços no desenvolvimento de dossiês de precificação para lançamento de produtos in-line / novos produtos, garantindo a cooperação interfuncional com as equipes de Marketing, regulatório e Assuntos Médicos;
- Manutenção e acompanhamento das revistas de divulgação de preços.
- Planeja e implementa eventos de acesso regionais e nacionais (DD, Contratualização e implementação)
- Acompanhamento de KPIs de acesso e desenvolvimento de melhorias
- Acompanhamento e atualização do andamento dos estudos conduzidos pelo setor, conforme orientações dos gerentes.
