Position Overview
We are seeking a GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst to support one of our government customers in developing and executing GEOINT source strategies across traditional and emerging collection capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the GEOINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) lifecycle; experience working with multi-source GEOINT data; and the ability to collaborate with customers, source providers, data scientists, and intelligence professionals to develop innovative collection strategies for complex intelligence requirements.
Responsibilities- Support the tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data, including real-time and activity-based collection.
- Manage and analyze large, multi-source datasets to support mission sensemaking and collection strategy development.
- Assess metrics associated with model output confidence, reliability, and performance.
- Develop and support automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies using temporal and spatial data.
- Collaborate with data scientists and mission partners to evaluate and improve collection strategies.
- Apply knowledge of traditional and emerging overhead sensors and GEOINT collection capabilities.
- Support day-to-day mission operations while managing multiple priorities in a professional program environment.
- Coordinate mission activities across geographically separated locations and teams.
- Apply knowledge of NSG focus areas and GEOINT collection management structures.
- Utilize NSG/IC collaborative tools supporting GEOINT collection, production, and visualization.
- Collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence and multi-source collection strategies for complex or unusual intelligence problems.
- Support the research phase of Information Need development.
- Assess the impact of sensor phenomenology on the tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sources.
- Utilize GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and apply knowledge of the GEOINT community, its focus areas, and collection management structures.
- Support research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities as required.
- 5+ years of experience supporting GEOINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED), including real-time and activity-based collection.
- 5+ years of experience managing large, multi-source datasets; performing data sensemaking; assessing model output confidence and reliability; developing automated collection strategies; and working with data scientists.
- Knowledge of traditional and emerging overhead sensors and GEOINT collection capabilities.
- Experience with automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies that derive insights from temporal and spatial datasets.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a program management or professional environment, including operations across geographically separated locations.
- Experience with NSG focus areas and GEOINT collection management structures.
- Experience using NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization.
- Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence and multi-source strategies.
- Ability to support the research phase of Information Need development and understand the impact of phenomenology on traditional and non-traditional GEOINT tasking.
- Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and knowledge of the GEOINT community, its focus areas, and collection management structures.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- High school diploma or GED.

- Experience providing feedback to support the development of training materials.
- Experience researching, evaluating, and documenting unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
- Experience translating intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
- Operational experience with vector data.
- Experience supporting GEOINT source strategy, collection management, or source persistence missions.
- Experience working with data scientists or technical teams on automated collection and analytical methodologies.
Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
