We're looking for a GEO Platform Owner to lead the strategy and evolution of our Tunnel & Rail Products product portfolio and help shape the future of intelligent construction.

Job Purpose:

The Product Platform Owner is responsible for the full lifecycle management and business performance of one or more products within a Product Platform. The role drives product strategy, roadmap execution, profitability, market competitiveness, and product innovation, serving as the central coordination point across functions such as Product Creation, Product Supply, Marketing, Engineering, and Sales Units.

Core Job Duties

Product Strategy & Roadmap  

• Develop and own the product roadmap to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with market needs and company strategy.
• Lead innovation initiatives and lifecycle planning from concept to end-of-life.

Product Creation & Development

• Coordinate product development activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee validation, beta testing, and functional requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Profitability & Pricing Management

• Define pricing and margin objectives.
• Monitor product financial performance and drive cost optimization across the lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

• Serve as the central reference point for product decisions.

• Coordinate activities across Product Supply, Engineering, Sales Units, and Customer Support to ensure successful execution and product availability.

Market Intelligence & Positioning         

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor offerings to guide product positioning and commercial strategies.
• Develop product marketing content and support go-to-market activities

Scope and Impact

Geographic Scope: Global or multi-regional, depending on product reach.

Decision-making Authority: Strategic and operational decisions across product development, pricing, roadmap prioritization, and profitability targets.

Budget Responsibility: Direct influence on platform revenue, margin, competitiveness, and long-term business sustainability.

Product Scope: Full lifecycle responsibility for product(s) within a Product Platform.

Minimum Requirements for job:

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Technical / Professional Skills

• Proven experience in product management, product development, or platform ownership.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle and product creation processes.
• Knowledge of pricing, margin management, and profitability tracking.
• Experience in cross-functional project management and strategic planning.

Soft Skills and Leadership Capabilities

• Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment abilities.
• Ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed environments.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong execution discipline.
