In this role, you will design and implement intelligent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft365 technologies. You’ll be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in Generative AI and automation.
The job is full-time and can be done remotely on a daily basis as well as on site at our office in Madrid.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
Develop and enhance AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and design copilots that integrate data sources and deliver value
Implement governance and monitoring strategies to ensure solution quality and compliance
Conduct training sessions and demos to promote adoption and empower users
Stay up to date with Microsoft’s AI roadmap and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
What will convince us
Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or M365 development (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams)
First experience or strong interest in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Generative AI
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions using low-code/no-code tools
Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure AI is a plus
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or LLMs is a bonus but not required
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics
Fluent in English; German is a plus
