  • Toast POS Mastery: Leveraging your deep expertise in Toast to pull critical operational reports, manage menu updates, and ensure the heartbeat of the parlor’s data is accurate and actionable.

  • Operational Excellence: Keeping the business engine humming by masterfully navigating QuickBooks to ensure every transaction is recorded and the books stay balanced.

  • Inbox & Calendar Mastery: Acting as the ultimate gatekeeper and organizer, ensuring no inquiry melts away and every appointment is perfectly timed for maximum efficiency.

  • Driving Brand Sweetness: Boosting the parlor’s digital presence through consistent social media management and engagement that keeps the community excited and coming back for more.



RequirementsIs This You?
  • The Toast Specialist: You have significant, hands-on experience with Toast POS; you understand the interface inside and out and don't need a manual to find the data the owner needs.

  • The Detail Detective: You have a "numbers brain" with a background in accounting or bookkeeping, and you genuinely enjoy reconciling data and maintaining organized records.

  • The Independent Finisher: You don’t need a micromanager; you take ownership of your daily tasks and find pride in keeping a business running smoothly from afar.

  • Tech-Savvy: You navigate cloud-based tools, CRMs, and remote collaboration platforms with ease, and you understand the importance of using a VPN for security.
