Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and AI-savvy General
Virtual Assistant to support marketing, content creation, social media
management, and business operations. The ideal candidate is proactive,
tech-savvy, and experienced in using modern AI tools to create content
efficiently and support day-to-day business activities.
The client may hire one to two VAs for this role to ensure
redundancy, continuity, and team collaboration.
Scope of Work:
Social Media Management
- Manage
and support content initiatives across:
- LinkedIn
(primary platform)
- YouTube
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Schedule
and publish content
- Repurpose
content across platforms
- Support
audience growth and engagement
- Assist
with social media optimization and best practices
Content Creation
- Create
social media graphics and marketing materials
- Edit
short-form and long-form videos
- Assist
with YouTube channel setup and content publishing
- Create
promotional materials for programs, workshops, and services
- Develop
brochures, flyers, and one-page marketing collateral
- Support
podcast and video content initiatives
Administrative Support
- Moderate
online training sessions, webinars, and coaching programs
- Track
registrations and participant attendance
- Prepare
presentation decks and training materials
- Assist
with onboarding and enrollment processes
- Maintain
documentation and operational workflows
- Support
CRM-related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Required
- Proven
Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
experience
- Experience
managing LinkedIn business pages
- Experience
with YouTube content management
- Strong
graphic design and video editing skills
- Excellent
written and verbal English communication
- Ability
to work independently with minimal supervision
AI & Technology Requirements, must demonstrate
hands-on experience with:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gamma
- Canva
- AI
video editing tools
- Social
media automation platforms
- Candidates
should be able to recommend tools and automation solutions rather than
rely solely on instructions.
