GVA ENTRY Part-Time
Client's Industry: Property Management
Goal: To source a capable VA for basic accounting and administrative support to improve billing accuracy, streamline internal workflows, and optimize current staff resources.
Key Specific Tasks General Virtual Assistant will do:
Support administrative tasks such as document sourcing, expense filing, and scheduling,
Assist with tenant follow-ups and reminders,
Provide general office support, including communication assistance within the team and other delegated admin duties,
Software Tools and Websites Required:
AppFolio (smart bill feature)
High Neutral Comms

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
