Valley Medical Group, part of the Valley Health System in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time General Surgeon to join our growing Surgery Service Line.

The General Surgeon is responsible for providing high-quality surgical care within a large multispecialty group practice. The physician will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to provide comprehensive surgical care across a broad range of general surgery conditions including bariatric and acute care in inpatient, outpatient, elective, urgent, and emergent settings.

The position includes a clinical focus of approximately 25% bariatric surgery, 70% general and acute care surgery, and 5% graduate medical education responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO
  • Board eligible or certification in Surgery
