• Experience training, developing, and leading management staff and sales professionals

• Ability to forecast aggressive yet achievable monthly sales goals and execute strategies to exceed them

• Proven success hiring, motivating, evaluating, and retaining top automotive talent

• Strong understanding of dealership sales operations, desking, inventory management, and performance metrics

• Prior automotive General Manager and General Sales Management experience REQUIRED

• Toyota experience strongly preferred
