About the product:Our product is a white-niche marketing platform designed to help companies with creating job advertising campaigns and managing traffic. Right now, it's in the MVP stage—a great chance to join a small startup team (CTO, 3 Developers, and Product Owner), and have a real impact on its development 🚀
Product's technical stack: Python 3.11+, FastAPI, Postgres, Kafka, Kubernetes; TypeScript, React; Digital Ocean.
What You'll Be Doing:- Test new features and ensure high-quality releases;
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools;
- Write and maintain test documentation, test cases, and reports;
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve testing strategies;
- Build and enhance our automation framework for API and functional testing;
- Build QA processes from scratch, as you'll be the first QA Engineer on the team.
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (OS) and Networking (OSI model, TCP/IP Stack, DNS);
- Understanding of Testing Theory, test design techniques, and methodologies;
- Hands-on experience with Databases and SQL;
- Knowledge of REST, HTTP, and JSON;
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured);
- Familiarity and desire to work with automation testing.
- Experience with Performance Testing and Security Testing;
- Familiarity with Test Automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).
- Self-motivated and comfortable with autonomy;
- Passionate about using technology to solve real problems;
- Open to collaboration and knowledge sharing;
- Results-oriented and focused on impact;
- Curious and committed to continuous learning.
