The Senior Program Manager, GTM (FedRAMP) is a strategic and operational leader responsible for the end-to-end execution of a company's most complex and high-priority go-to-market initiatives. As the central hub for all FedRAMP-related launch activities, this role orchestrates cross-functional teams to bring FedRAMP-authorized products to market and generate revenue. As the strategic and operational backbone of the GTM process, this role integrates a highly technical security process with a clear business objective, serving as a trusted partner to marketing and business leadership.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead the GTM Program: orchestrate and manage the entire go-to-market program for FedRAMP-authorized products. This is a broad and highly complex initiative that requires aligning multiple cross-functional teams, including but not limited to marketing, sales, legal, and product. You will serve as the central point of coordination, stewarding the program from initial strategy to final execution to ensure all teams are fully prepared to sell, support, and communicate about the product.

  • Orchestrate Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of high-visibility marketing projects and programs from initiation through execution, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Drive Strategic Alignment: Partner with technical FedRAMP program manager, senior marketing, sales and other key business leaders to align project scope, priorities, and deliverables with broader corporate goals.

  • Serve as a Central Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for all GTM-related activities, ensuring that all teams are ready to sell, support, and communicate about the FedRAMP product.

  • Proactively Mitigate Risk: Anticipate and mitigate risks by identifying challenges, dependencies, and resource constraints across the program, particularly those related to FedRAMP authorization and continuous monitoring.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Develop, manage, and track budgets while ensuring accountability for financial stewardship. Drive process improvement within the PMO to enhance governance and efficiency.

  • Mentor and Coach: Mentor and coach other project managers and team members, modeling best practices in planning, communication, and stakeholder management within a highly regulated environment.

  • Provide Transparent Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and executive-ready reports and dashboards to communicate program status, risks, and recommendations, especially concerning FedRAMP milestones.

Required Skills & Experience

  • U.S. Citizenship is a prerequisite for this position.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 8+ years of project or program management experience in marketing or go-to-market functions.

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the FedRAMP authorization process is required, including the key stages of readiness, authorization, and continuous monitoring.

  • Proven success managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs that deliver measurable business impact.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization in a highly regulated context.

  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior PMs or team members.

  • Deep knowledge of marketing strategy, GTM planning, and pipeline generation.
