Job Overview:

StealthSeminar is looking for a General Manager to steer the company through its next phase of innovation and expansion. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of the online business and webinar ecosystem. The GM will be responsible for driving business growth, refining operational processes, and communicating measurable progress to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision and tactical execution to this role.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Drive Customer-Centric Growth:
    • Develop strategies to acquire and retain clients in StealthSeminar’s core markets: coaches, consultants, educators, and digital marketers.
    • Continuously analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance user experience.
  • Optimize Webinar Platform Operations:
    • Oversee the platform’s performance to ensure reliability, scalability, and alignment with customer needs.
    • Collaborate with the product team to introduce innovative features and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Marketing and Sales Leadership:
    • Partner with the marketing and sales teams to refine StealthSeminar’s go-to-market strategy, focusing on lead generation and conversion rates.
    • Leverage partnerships and digital marketing channels to expand the company’s reach and brand awareness.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Lead the development of short- and long-term business strategies that align with StealthSeminar’s growth objectives.
    • Balance high-level strategy with hands-on involvement to ensure effective execution.
  • Operational and Financial Excellence:
    • Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
    • Oversee financial planning, reporting, and budget management to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative team that is aligned with StealthSeminar’s mission and values.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making:
    • Use analytics to monitor KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), churn, and platform uptime.
    • Identify trends and opportunities for optimization across all areas of the business.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • Ability to demonstrate three areas of excellence / achievement in a similar role.
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles, with a strong background in PLG SaaS.
  • Proven experience in scaling a technology product and entering new markets.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue, leading high-performing teams, and achieving aggressive growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and the importance of high-speed, flexible web pages in various industries.
  • Expertise in sales funnel strategies, web design technologies, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and scaling SaaS platforms.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding revenue and operational targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and align
    teams.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of subscription-based business models and key metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC).
