Job Description

What you will be doing:
- Building new organization from pre-opening period.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
- You will lead a diverse team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Proven track record in leadership and strategic management.
- Experience of Pre-opening hotel & Worked as general manager on mid-scale hotel will be preferable.
- Highly skilled in managing owner/management company relationships.
- Strategic, creative, and able to communicate how plans will deliver overall goals.
- Proven track record in making hotel operations profitable.
- Excellent speaking and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Korean & English
