Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role addresses operational bottlenecks, financial inefficiencies, and quality variances within reverse logistics and remanufacturing operations. The position drives workflow optimization, asset utilization, and strict adherence to safety and compliance standards across high-volume environments. By leading cross-functional teams and leveraging data-driven decision-making, the role aligns daily site performance with broader departmental objectives and organizational growth targets.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
- Direct all operational activities related to set-top box processing; optimize workflows through Lean Manufacturing principles
- Manage full P&L responsibility for the site; meet financial targets through cost control and shift efficiency
- Drive team alignment with departmental OKRs; lead multiple managers to achieve key organizational objectives
- Ensure 100% compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards; maintain "like-new" product specifications
- Utilize KPI performance measurement systems to enhance production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity
- Integrate AI-driven predictive analytics and automation into reverse logistics processes to streamline troubleshooting and operations
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):
- Strategic leadership capability to guide cross-functional teams, coach subordinates, and foster an engaged culture
- Strong expertise in Reverse Logistics, high-volume electronics repair, and Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data interpretation, complex mathematical concepts, and statistical inference to resolve bottlenecks
- AI Application and Literacy to leverage intelligent systems in optimizing supply chain and operational workflows
- Proven problem-solving ability to establish facts, define complex operational issues, and implement effective solutions
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels
Additional Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or MBA
- Experience utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum Experience: 7-10 years of leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing or electronics repair, including 5 years in senior management
- Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Principles
- Reverse Logistics Management
- Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Manhattan Scale)

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year
