Role Overview
As General Manager, you'll lead market expansion, client engagement, and operational excellence in San Antonio. Your responsibilities include:

Market Growth & Business Development: Develop strategic plans to expand our presence and support the sales team in client assessments.

Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor, conducting Business Technology Reviews and developing IT roadmaps.

Operational Performance: Monitor financial performance, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate with service delivery teams.

Team Development: Participate in hiring, mentor staff, and foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications

7+ years in IT leadership, account management, or business development within an MSP or IT services environment.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing executive-level client relationships.

Strong technical acumen with experience in IT budgeting and strategic planning.
