Job Description

The GM of Digital Products & Platforms is integral to defining and executing a product strategy and roadmap that fosters sustainable growth and superior customer experiences across Endeavour Group’s brand portfolio. This senior role champions cross-functional collaboration with technology, marketing, and brand teams to bring innovative, customer-centric products to market, driving measurable business success.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop and lead the product vision and strategy to align with company goals, promoting innovation and growth.

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through market launch, ensuring a customer-focused approach that enhances user experience and delivers impactful results.

  • Drive long-term product vision and foster a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and excellence within the product team.

Reporting to the Director of Endeavour X, the GM of Digital Products & Platforms holds a senior leadership role within the Endeavour X team, responsible for digital experience delivery and eCommerce engagement across all Endeavour Group brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and deliver the product vision and roadmap, in alignment with Endeavour Group’s broader goals, to fuel innovation and drive customer satisfaction.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Define and implement product propositions and features, balancing customer needs with business objectives for outstanding user experience and financial returns.

  • Voice of Customer (VOC): Maintain a customer-first approach, leveraging feedback loops and collaboration to refine product offerings.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead product squads and collaborate with business units to drive both strategic and tactical product initiatives that add measurable business value.

  • Resource Management: Blend onshore and offshore resources in agile delivery models, partnering with capability suppliers.

  • Technology Partnership: Collaborate with the technology team to ensure alignment with architecture, support, and cybersecurity frameworks.

  • Marketing & Brand Collaboration: Work with marketing and brand teams to embed product vision in customer touchpoints, creating a compelling narrative across customer journeys.

  • Budget & ROI Management: Manage product budget with Finance, allocating resources effectively, developing ROI frameworks, and measuring team productivity.

  • Market & Data Analysis: Use market insights to drive growth opportunities, provide thought leadership, and optimise customer retention and engagement.

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor the product team, leading by example and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

The GM of Digital Products & Platforms oversees digital outcomes for all Endeavour Group brands, supporting both owned platforms (e.g., Dan Murphy’s, BWS, Langton’s, ALH) and integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Uber, Doordash, Amazon/Vivino).

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience: 10+ years in product leadership with a record of driving growth and innovation.

  • Expertise: Strong background in product strategy, development, and lifecycle management.

  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing product P&L and budget alignment.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing, cross-functional, and agile teams across onshore and offshore settings.
