Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned, commercially driven General Manager to support the operation, with a strong focus on execution with a collaborative approach.
- The ideal candidate will have international experience, a strong executive presence, and the ability to manage sophisticated ownership.
- Able to understand the Ultra luxury market and exceed the guests and owners’ expectations
- Deep diving the commercial and operational activities of the hotel.
- Lead and develop a business plan to drive owner returns.
- Recruiting, leading, managing and motivating a strong team, upskilling, recruiting, measuring and managing performance.
- Reviews and implements strategic initiatives to drive commercial performance across the Hotel and its facilities.
- Pre-opening experience and brand positioning
- Destination-building experience
Qualifications
What we'd like from you:
- Prior ultra luxury lifestyle luxury hotel general management experience with strong executive presence.
- GM experienced in complex operations and ownership.
- Genuine team development, guest, and owner focus.
- Commercial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on effective communication and relationship-building.
- Able to think creatively and manage multiple stakeholders
