ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for the protection and accountability of all assets.
- Participate in the reconciliation of general ledger activity.
- Responsible for analyzing balance sheet, income statements, and departmental financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation month end account reconciliations.
- Prepare reports, journal entries, account and activity analysis.
- Assists internal and external auditors.
- Professionally deal with difficult situations/people.
- Assures property operations meet internal audit standards.
- Working in stressful situations.
- Meet deadlines and multiple priorities of business demands as required.
- Comply at all times with QBRC standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient resort operations.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)
Required:
- 4 year college degree, preferred in Accounting or Finance
- Maintain a valid Washington State and Quinault Indian Nation Gaming Commission License.
- 10 key by touch.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite software.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
Preferred:
- 3 years accounting experience and/or 3 years in a Casino/Hospitality environment.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
- Class III License Required
Skills Required
- Four-year college degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Valid Washington State license
- Valid Quinault Indian Nation Gaming Commission License
- Class III gaming license
- 10-key by touch proficiency
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking
- Three years of accounting experience and/or three years in a casino or hospitality environment
