Compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

What We Do
Amperesand’s medium voltage power conversion solutions enable fast, efficient, and resilient electrification on a global scale for critical power consumers like AI datacenters and industrial loads. Combining next generation Solid State Transformers, cutting edge controls, and AI-first software, Amperesand is building the cornerstone of our future power infrastructure. Our technology was pioneered by the Energy Research Institute at Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and spun out by Xora Innovation.
