Coreforce is seeking a hands-on, business-minded In-House Counsel to serve as the company’s primary legal resource and build strong partnerships across the organization. This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys being the sole in-house legal contributor, owning a broad range of legal matters, working directly with executive leadership, and having a meaningful impact on business decisions.
The role is primarily focused on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer and commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other agreements that support Coreforce’s business. Beyond commercial contracting, the In-House Counsel will provide practical legal guidance across the organization, partnering with executive leadership, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations on a variety of legal, contractual, and risk management matters. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, exercising sound business judgment, and balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
As Coreforce’s legal lead, the In-House Counsel will have the autonomy to manage the company’s day-to-day legal needs, establish priorities and processes, and determine when specialized expertise is needed. For complex or specialized matters, the role will engage and direct outside counsel, oversee legal spend, and ensure external partners deliver value. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the legal function, serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, and shape how legal support is delivered within a growing technology company.
