Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Assistant to join our team in Perth. As a General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and requests promptly and professionally
- Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring a friendly and efficient dining experience for guests
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Comply with health and safety regulations, including food service and catering guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work atmosphere
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
