Location: Security clearance location, London, Terminal 5, Heathrow

Salary: £13.26 per hour 

24 hours per week - 3 Shifts

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Hospitality Assistant with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled General Hospitality Assistant to make a name for themselves within the food service industry and be a part of setting the new standard for education catering.

As a General Assistant you will…

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide hospitality service for meeting and events, including preparing and delivering sandwiches and refreshments to meeting rooms in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.
• Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
• Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Support and drive the hospitality service, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where team members must be organised, quick on their feet and able to think clearly during busy service periods
• Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

• Ideally have experience working within hospitality
• Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
• Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
• Fun and enthusiastic
• Have excellent organization skills.
• Demonstrate great attention to detail.
• Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
• Possess great customer service skills.
• Have a flexible approach to work
