Are you a tech-savvy and innovative student or graduate with a passion for engineering? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in engineering departments (process, R&D, production, maintenance or other). In this role, you will use your 🔬analytical skills and 💡creative mind to solve complex problems and ensure that our systems meet industry standards and regulations. You will be responsible for 📈improving and 🛠️optimizing existing systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations.

📋 Responsibilities that might be Yours (depends on the department and area):

• Designing and optimizing manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Developing and implementing process control plans to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Active participation in risk management of product and processes
• Troubleshooting and technical support for production crew and associated departments
• Cooperate daily with Engineering Project Manager, R&D team, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to have New Products on the market with high quality and high logistics performance.
• Contributing to the development of new products by providing input on the manufacturability and scalability of proposed designs.
• Developing prototypes and conducting testing to evaluate the feasibility and performance of new product concepts.
• Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new product development.

📚 Requirements:

• Higher technical background (electronics, mechatronics, electrical, mechanics or related)
• Good communication skills
• Ability of solving problems
• Communicative English - spoken and written and advanced or native Polish.
