What We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds

• Experience in landscaping, construction, irrigation, equipment operation, tree care, or general labor is a plus, but not required for all positions

• Valid driver's license preferred for many roles
