What you will do :
- Perform a variety of specialized clerical duties to support the Office.
- Responsibilities to include but not limited to :
- Payroll Entry
- Creating/Receiving PO’s
- UL Certification Process/Audit
- Safety Coordination
- Fleet Coordinator
- Tracking/Ordering Office Supplies
How you will do it :
- Perform data entry with a high level of efficiency and accuracy
- Exhibit the ability to follow direction and work independently
- Demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills allowing for effective and professional communication with both internal and external customers.
- Prioritize work activities based upon immediate and long-term business goals of the organization.
- Provide administrative support to the Area Operations Support Team Manager as needed.
