We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Admin to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for a dependable professional who enjoys creating order, managing administrative processes, and serving as a key point of contact for both customers and employees. The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
· Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
· Manage business-to-business accounts receivable follow-up, including professional communication with customers via phone and email regarding outstanding invoices.
· Own the timesheet entry process from start to finish, including:
o Receiving and organizing time sheets
o Reviewing and reconciling information for accuracy
o Entering data into company systems in a timely manner
· Maintain physical and electronic job files, ensuring documents are properly organized and filed.
· Welcome visitors, vendors, and scheduled guests to the office.
· Receive and distribute deliveries and incoming mail.
· Assist with general office administration and special projects as needed.
· Provide administrative support to help ensure efficient daily business operations.
