Cairo, Egypt (District 5)
Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
Full time 40 hours per week

How you’ll help us make health happen
As a General Accountant, you’ll:
Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any differences
Maintain financial records and ensure all data is up to date
Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation when required
Work closely with colleagues across finance and the wider business
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role
You will:
Hold a degree major in accounting. This is required for this role. Please ensure this is included on your application.
Have experience in a similar accounting role which is necessary
Be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
Have good communication skills and can explain financial information clearly
Be organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Be able to show a proactive approach and willingness to learn
Be confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
Be fluent in both written and spoken English
