Fixed assets & depreciation
- Monitor acquisitions, disposals, and impairment calculations
- Maintain fixed asset registers and coordinate physical inventory with controlling and relevant departments
Accounting review & closing
- Perform monthly account reviews and variance analysis
- Actively contribute to monthly and annual closings: prepare financial statements, record and justify closing entries
Tax
- Prepare tax returns (VAT, DEB, CVAE, Corporate Tax, etc.) in collaboration with another team member
Intercompany
- Reconcile intercompany transactions and analyze discrepancies
Cross-functional projects
- Contribute to various projects such as ERP implementation in subsidiaries, process automation, and digitalization
Technical environment
- ERP: Microsoft Dynamics
- Reporting: Excel (models, macros, analysis)
Your profile :
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in general accounting, ideally in an international environment
- Languages: Fluent French, professional English (level to be assessed during interviews)
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Dynamics and advanced Excel
- Soft skills: Accuracy, organization, analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work cross-functionally
- Autonomy: Proactive approach and ownership of assigned scope
