Position: General Accountant
Location: Cameron Park, CA
Status: Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- GL account maintenance
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Manage fixed asset and depreciation schedules
- Record accruals and track prepayments
- Reconcile loan payments and maintain accurate amortization schedules
- Reconcile credit cards and general accounts monthly
- Review of payroll data for accuracy
- Analyze financial data and assist with budgets and forecasts
- Assist with AP and AR related activities including creating invoices and communication with customers and vendors
- Process vendor returns and track debit and credit memos
- Maintain and review inventory reports and job costing data
- Perform inventory cycle counts
- Track cash flow
- File and organize internal financial files (paper and electronic)
Qualifications:
- AA or BA in accounting preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Detailed knowledge of excel and word programs
- Experience with accounting software within and ERP, Jobboss2 is a plus
- Knowledge of internal control framework
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of internal control framework
- AA or BA in accounting
- Experience with ERP accounting software; JobBOSS2 a plus
