We are seeking a visionary GenAI Solutions Architect & Technical Lead to define and deliver the next generation of AI-powered digital employee experiences. This role will lead the design and development of intelligent solutionsleveraging generative AI, agents, and automationto transform how employees access services, information, and support.
As a key leader in our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy, you will design and build scalable, secure, and intuitive AI-driven capabilities that power critical use cases such as employee onboarding, employee portals, and the digital front door. You will work at the intersection of emerging AI technologies and enterprise platforms to create seamless, personalized, and efficient employee journeys.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic architecture and design ownership. You will lead by exampleguiding junior developers and collaborating closely with enterprise architects and cross-functional technology teams, and ensuring solutions are aligned to enterprise standards and long-term platform strategy.
ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities- Architect and develop GenAI-powered solutions and agents that enhance the employee experience across onboarding, self-service, and support journeys.
- Define scalable solution architectures integrating AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini Enterprise) with enterprise systems and internal portals.
- Lead, manage and develop developer(s), including hands-on mentoring, code reviews, and technical oversight to drive engineering excellence and ensure scalable, high-quality GenAI solution delivery.
- Lead end-to-end deliveryfrom ideation to prototyping through production deployment and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with UX/design, product, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive, user-centric solutions.
- Partner with enterprise architects, security, and governance teams to ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and enterprise-ready.
- Influence GenAI technical roadmap for DEX, including capability maturity, platform dependencies, and deprecation/upgrade plans for models and frameworks.
- Define conversational UX standards (tone, fallbacks, escalation to human support, accessibility) and ensure consistent employee experiences across all channels.
- Drive change management and enablement through demos, playbooks, office hours, and lightweight trainings, as needed.
- Measure and improve adoption outcomes using experience analytics (e.g., task completion, deflection, CSAT, etc.)
- Translate business use cases into technical epics and delivery plans, including sequencing, dependencies, and acceptance criteria for AI behaviors.
- Communicate technical risk and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership in clear, action-oriented terms.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree and with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree and with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience or
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree and with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience or
- High School Diploma/GED Technical Certification in IT Technologies and a minimum of 7 years work experience in relevant field required.
- Bachelor's Degree and with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Associate's Degree and with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Strong software engineering background (API design, integration patterns, cloud-native development), required.
- Proven experience designing scalable, secure solution architectures across enterprise platforms, required.
- Experience integrating AI or application solutions with other enterprise systems, required.
- Familiarity with data access and security models (e.g., role-based access, permissions-aware retrieval, API security), required.
- Experience working with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini), required.
- Experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML services, required.
- Experience leading end-to-end delivery from ideation through production deployment, required.
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles, required.
- Experience driving adoption of emerging technologies through demos, training, and internal enablement, preferred.
- Experience implementing AI solutions, preferred.
- Experience translating business needs into epics, user stories, and technical backlogs (Azure DevOps-style alignment), preferred.
- Familiarity with GenAI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures, preferred.

- The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be able to participate in the Companys emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
