Overview: Build, optimize, and maintain generative AI models and infrastructure under Tech Lead guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement data ingestion pipelines: text normalization, chunking, embeddings (Python).
- Build and optimize vector stores in OpenSearch for fast semantic search.
- Integrate and test LLMs (Anthropic Claude, GPT variants) on AWS Bedrock.
- Containerize applications (Docker) and support cloud deployments (EKS, Lambda).
- Monitor model performance (latency, accuracy) and iterate to reduce inference costs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in AI/ML engineering or NLP-focused development.
- Proficient in Python (pandas, numpy, transformers, vectorization libraries).
- Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar managed LLM services.
- Hands-on OpenSearch (or Elasticsearch) for vector retrieval.
- Familiar with LLMs (prompt engineering, basic fine-tuning) and Docker/Kubernetes basics.
