Your impact 

As a GenAI Consultant, you will guide Correlation One’s Enterprise clients in leveraging Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) across their business units. In partnership with Correlation One, you'll collaborate with clients to understand their needs, design tailored GenAI solutions, and support implementation for innovation and efficiency. You will lead the transformation of our clients' AI initiatives by conducting thorough reviews of existing policies, collaborating with stakeholders to identify use cases and success metrics, and getting executive buy-in. You will also advise on technology selection, create change management strategies to accelerate adoption, and inform GenAI uses and bot building. We are looking for someone to start in May with an expected commitment of 20 hours per week for a 3-month duration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of existing AI policies and procedures of the client.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential use cases and necessary datasets to align GenAI solutions closely with real-world needs and business impact.
  • Examine the legal checklist to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Co-create a charter with the client defining success metrics and establish systems for feedback collection and quality assessment.
  • Advise on selecting suitable GenAI technologies and platforms and develop marketing collateral to effectively communicate the client’s AI initiatives.
  • Create a change management strategy and cohesive environment that accelerates the adoption of GenAI technologies.
  • Conduct one-on-one interviews with managers, organizational leaders, and pilot participants to foster a shared understanding of project goals and objectives, promoting coherence in GenAI implementation strategies.
  • Conduct a workshop for executive buy-in.
  • Hire and manage GenAI bot experts to develop training so that participants can develop departmental GenAI bots and showcase ROI of the bots.

Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Knowledge of GenAI, NLP, computer vision, or other AI domains.
  • 4+ years of experience in a data or AI-focused consulting or advisory role.
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, frameworks such as OECD and NIST, as well as the NIST and the EU AI Act.
  • Experience with change management and driving change in large organizations.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Where you are

  • This role is remote and must be able to cross-over with EST working hours.

Compensation

  • The estimated rate for this role is $125/hr, pending skills, experience, and location of the candidate.
