Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Generative AI Tech Consultant to join our team. This role is crucial in driving digital transformation by helping major clients transition to Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing deep technical expertise, developing AI roadmaps, and ensuring successful deployment of AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:·
- Client Consultation: Act as the primary technical consultant for clients, helping them understand the potential of Generative AI and guide them in adopting transformative AI technologies.·
- Technical Roadmap Development: Design and present clear, actionable AI technology roadmaps that align with clients' strategic goals.·
- AI Solution Design & Deployment: Work with cross-functional teams to develop, prototype Generative AI models and solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.·
- Innovation & Strategy: Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and advise clients on leveraging new technologies to gain a competitive edge.·
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and the internal AI team to ensure project milestones are met and aligned with business objectives.·
- Technical Advisory: Provide hands-on technical expertise in areas like model development, data strategy, infrastructure, and AI integration into existing ecosystems.·
- Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Develop KPIs for AI models and oversee ongoing performance tuning, ensuring high quality and efficiency post-deployment.·
- Training & Enablement: Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for client teams, enabling them to effectively utilize Generative AI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:·
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- 14+ years of experience in IT and 5+ years in AI, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI projects is a must
- Proven experience working as a technical consultant or lead for AI transformation projects in a client-facing consulting role·
- Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms·
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.·
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute long-term plans.·
- Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team.·
- Strong Client focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive and Healthcare
Qualifications
