Details of the Division and Team:
The Global Emerging Markets business consists of Interest Rate Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Cash Bonds trading businesses. The Global Emerging Markets business is a market leading provider of innovative investment, risk management and financing solutions to Corporates, Governments and Institutional Investors globally.
Your role will involve working closely with traders and interaction with various other teams including, but not limited to, research, sales, structuring, and risk control functions. You will help with new product development, transaction pricing, and risk infrastructure, which will assist their business development. You will also assist in day-to-day risk management and migrate the risk infrastructure onto the strategic platform

Your key responsibilities:
Market-making and risk management of Flow Rates Options and Single-Currency Exotics
Being responsible for providing liquidity and recycling risk profitably
Developing and enhancing the Non-Linear Rates franchise including legacy risks
Analysing market structure and the opportunities and threats there-in
Oversee execution of client transactions and hedges across a wide range of foreign-exchange markets
Meeting with institutional and corporate clients alongside Sales to maintain and develop the bank’s franchise in the Asia Pacific region
Work closely with Sales and Structuring to identify and nurture new opportunities and relationships with institutional and corporate clients
Embark on project and development initiatives to continually improve efficiency in our pricing, risk management and trade execution processes
Your skills and experience:
5+ Years experience ep understanding of Fixed Income and Derivatives products
5+ Years experience with market-making in Flow Rates Options and Single-Currency Exotics
5+ Years of track-record of revenue generation in a trading environment
Experience in sustaining/generating high quality market share
Broad risk management skills, quantitative skills and the ability to understand and interpret market trends and identify, communicate and market trade ideas
Strong understanding of market structure and existing relationships with participants and stakeholders (clients, exchanges, regulators etc) across Asia Pacific
Commercial focus, ability to take initiatives, and skills to solve complex business problems
