Join a high-impact team shaping the future of the Power segment (including Gas, Nuclear, Hydro, and Steam Power) at GE Vernova, a leading industrial innovator. Work directly with senior leadership to solve complex problems, drive enterprise-wide change, and accelerate growth.
Key projects you'll lead or support:
- Evaluate new market opportunities, M&A opportunities, and emerging technologies
- Drive business model innovation and digital transformation projects
- Design, execute, and oversee strategic initiatives across business unit functions (e.g. engineering / technology development, operations, supply chain, commercial, sustainability)
- Partner with business units to solve critical challenges using data, frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration
Project Outcomes:
- Deliver measurable value through cost reduction, revenue growth, or efficiency gains
- Produce executive-level strategic insights and decision-making materials
- Build and scale pilot programs into enterprise-wide initiatives
- Influence executive stakeholders and help shape long-term company direction
Primary Skills Developed:
- End-to-end strategy development and execution in a real-world industrial setting
- Executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management
- Cross-functional leadership and change management
- Advanced problem-solving, financial modeling, and data analysis
- Exposure to C-suite decision-making and board-level discussions

Qualifications:
Pursuing a MBA degree.
Minimum GPA 4.0 / 5.0 scale.

The pay for this position is $30/hr.
This position is also eligible for:
Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.

GE Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) after their accumulated service reaches 90 days, and they meet any other eligibility requirements as defined in the plans. (Eligibility occurs on the 1st of the month following the 90th day.)
