The GE Vernova Finance Management Program - Mexico 2027 is a two-year early career development program designed to accelerate your professional growth and launch your career in our finance organization. The program combines rotational assignments with formal training and on-the-job learning across finance domains to build your functional, technical, and professional skills for long-term career development.

- Fianalized Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management or Finance specialized from an accredited university or college.
- Graduation from bachelor´s in 2026 or before July 2027.
- Basic experience in Asset Management & Executive Support.
- Finance related Masters Degree´s holders are also encouraged to apply with under 4 years of having graduated from their bachelors degree.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Legal right to work in Mexico.
- Strong Written & Spoken English Language. (C1 is desired)
