Roles and Responsibilities
The following are responsibilities within the organization that you will have the opportunity to support:
- Project Execution: Assist in the delivery of assigned project scopes, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, technical standards, and safety protocols.
- Technical Coordination: Act as a junior point of contact for internal engineering organizations, supporting the coordination of design documentation, and addressing technical inquiries.
- Risk Mitigation: Support project risk management by identifying potential schedule or technical hurdles early and assisting in the implementation of mitigation plans.
- Lean & Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean engineering initiatives to simplify interfaces and improve efficiency. Contribute to "lessons learned" feedback loops to prevent reoccurring issues.
- Financial & Schedule Awareness: Support the tracking of project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project financials.
- "Bid, Sell, & Execute the Standard": Apply standardized processes to project deliverables to drive consistency, quality, and productivity across all ITR segments.
- Communication: Assist in preparing project updates for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and technical risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline) from an accredited college or university.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

- 0-1-year engineering experience
Eligibility Requirements:
- The required work location is Greenville, SC or Schenectady, NY (relocation assistance is available)

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $72,000.00 and $108,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
