We position and develop a pipeline of projects/opportunities incorporating Aeroderivative gas turbines from the beginning of the project up to bid date.
This is a fast paced, customer focused internship working with cross-functional teams such as product management, product champions, engineering, and marketing. We are using Lean methodology to streamline our commercial bidding processes for world leading Aeroderivative gas turbine packages. This effort will support our global commercial team.Job Description
What You'll Do
- Work with business product champions and sales teams to understand what collateral the commercial team needs in order to better position our Aeroderivative gas turbines products in early customer engagements
- Work with technical and marketing content contributors across the business to collect all applicable content and convert it into sales friendly format
- Learn the sales content management systems and knowledge repository to help commercial team more effectively access the content
- Learn the full slate of Aeroderivative gas turbine offerings and ensure the content is available for all product lines.
- Learn and participate in business commercial processes in solution selling Aeroderivative technology to its customer

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $36.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed
This position is also eligible for:
- Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
- Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
- Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services
- GE Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) after their accumulated service reaches 90 days, and they meet any other eligibility requirements as defined in the plans. (Eligibility occurs on the 1st of the month following the 90th day.)
