We are seeking a GDS Claims Payment – Arabic Speaker to support one of our Arabic-speaking clients in managing and investigating claims payment processes in the Global Distribution System (GDS). You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of claims between providers and clients while maintaining professional communication in both Arabic and English.
To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and capable of exercising sound judgment within established procedures.
Your Main ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Conduct claims payment investigations from providers to clients in Arabic.
Accurately follow pre-established guidelines and instructions to complete assigned tasks.
Ensure all work meets team performance and quality standards.
Identify and report any issues, errors, or system limitations to the Senior Team Leader.
Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation of all claims-related actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure client satisfaction.
Meet defined KPIs related to product knowledge, accuracy, and punctuality.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
Excellent communication skills in English (B1–B2 proficiency).
Strong analytical and numerical ability (logic score above 85).
Experience in a Travel Agency environment with GDS experience (Amadeus preferred).
High attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality work.
Knowledge of reservation and ticketing systems across airlines, hotels, and car rental providers.
Flexible availability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
