Job Description Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Specialist to manage product listings, optimize SEO content, and maintain brand consistency across our Amazon storefronts. This role will be responsible for creating and updating product detail pages (PDP), managing images and A+ content, and ensuring listings meet Amazon compliance standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Seller Central, strong attention to detail, and an understanding of e-commerce best practices for driving visibility and conversion on Amazon.

Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listing & Content Management
  • Create, edit, and maintain Amazon product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend data
  • Upload and update product images, infographics, and enhanced brand content (A+ Content) to ensure high-quality PDPs
  • Monitor listing compliance and resolve any suppressed or flagged listings
  • Monitor Buy Box performance and report discrepancies
SEO & Optimization
  • Conduct keyword research using Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium10, or similar tools
  • Optimize titles, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve organic ranking and search visibility
  • Track and analyze traffic, conversion rates, and keyword performance
Catalog & Inventory Accuracy
  • Ensure product catalog accuracy including variations, parent-child listings, and correct category/browse node placement
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to sync inventory availability and pricing updates
  • Monitor Buy Box performance and report discrepancies
Image & Content Quality Control
  • Collaborate with design/creative teams to develop high-quality images, videos, and A+ content that align with brand guidelines
  • Regularly audit PDPs to ensure visual consistency and content accuracy across all SKUs
  • Maintain compliance with Amazon image and content requirements
Advertising & Promotions Support
  • Support campaign setup for Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands with keyword-optimized listings
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for seasonal promotions, coupons, and deals
  • Track promotional performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns
Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on listing performance, keyword rankings, and sales trends
  • Provide insights to improve click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and overall sales performance
  • Support troubleshooting for account health and product compliance issues
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
  • 1–3 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce content management
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, or consumer goods industry a plus
Skills & Knowledge
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central listing creation and troubleshooting
  • Strong SEO knowledge and keyword optimization skills
  • Familiarity with A+ Content, Brand Store management, and Amazon content guidelines
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets

The anticipated compensation range is

21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
