Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to in cross-functional programs representing GCC by providing data or process driven insights to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Own coordinating across GCC internally to aling program requirements, process alingments and program actions.
• Ensure time-sensitive project or program deliverables are consistently executed or  ensuring clear decision are made.
• Own system testing (RIT/UAT) for GCC tools/process changes, including test planning, defect triage, and stabilization in partnership with GIS/IT.
• Lead compliance and control activities (monitoring, training, auditing, corrective actions) to protect GCC operational readiness and KPI stability.
• Manage communications with key internal stakeholders to align priorities, prevent churn/escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide mentoring and capability building across teams/regions through coaching, playbooks, and best-practice transfer.
