Strategic Account Leadership – Manage strategic accounts and lead executive engagement (e.g. GPOs)
SHD Execution Anchor & Commercial Integrator:
- Partner with Public Affairs team on institutional relationships, governmental engagement
- Day-to-day Country Leader support in running strategic account processes and manage offerings to SHD accounts
- Leader and/or coordinate engagement with national societies, patient associations, other national and sub-national parties, etc.
Owner for certain capabilities such as bids & tenders, local congress & events execution
Country LT Leadership – lead the CLT governance
Cultural Stewardship – local engagement, strengthen Edwards cultural cohesion across teams, ESG implementation, etc.
Operations and Compliance – manage internal in-country operations (e.g. office related, sign supplier contracts, etc.)
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree or Equivalent
- Experience as a business unit manager/ general manager overseeing cross functional areas at country level with total minimum of 10 years of industry experience and 5 years of experience in leadership role.
Required Skills
- Experience developing and executing complex strategies at country level required
- Experience in conducting health economics, patient-reported outcomes, retrospective data analyses, epidemiology or health services research projects highly preferred
- Experience developing pharma/health-economic models, either for publication or for interactive use with customers preferred
- Experience working in a regulated industry preferred
- Proven successful project management leadership skills
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
