Program Overview
The GCash Fintech Engineering Cadetship Program aims to build a new generation of fintech industry experts through technical training, immersion, and professional development. The Cadets undergo rigorous boot camp and certification to meet business and customer needs.
You’ll be responsible for the following:

Complete training requirements and successfully pass assessments in a timely manner

Achieve required certification requirements
-
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve desired target

Building reusable components, templates, code and libraries
-
Responsible for the delivery of assigned modules / task

Participate in Agile and Scrum best practices as we strive for continuous integration and delivery
We’re looking for:

Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines.

Early career professionals with 2 years of work experience in programming languages, operating systems, and software are preferred

Analytical and solution-centered thinkers that is interested to design, create, and test programs

Effective communicators with excellent interpersonal skills that collaborate with and influence peers and stakeholders

Open to structured training, mentorship, and hands-on coding projects.

Enthusiastic about developing programming skills and software development principles.

Interest in learning programming, particularly Java
-
Familiarity with technology concepts, system development, or software applications (preferred but not required)
