Job Summary

AR SENIOR

The GBS AR Control Associate is responsible for daily reconciliations between internal source systems.  The associate will perform balancing between necessary source systems to ensure data is fed correctly to ensures customers are billed accurately and timely to meet contractual requirements.  As needed, the associate will engage IT resources to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily balancing between internal UPS Systems (E2K, RA, Sundry, Trade Direct, etc)
• Ensures assigned systems are in balance daily
• Liaisons with responsible parties when systems are not in balance and support is necessary.
• Attention to detail
• Work with internal UPS functions to resolve issues
• Ability to work independently and escalate where appropriate
• Work with internal UPS functions and external customers to resolve issues
• Balance workload to ensure all items are balanced daily
• Follow documented procedures
• Ability to think critically and manage to expectations

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Accounting background - Preferred
• Very good English Skills - Required
