Job Summary
This position work with UPS systems, and internal and external contacts to ensure employees are paid correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Supports payroll processes.
- Maintains confidentiality of payroll information.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Ability to create and run large queries using Microsoft Access
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
- Prior payroll experience - Preferred
- Possess working knowledge of union contractual language and non-union wage plans - Preferred

- This job is a grade 7.

Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $19.60/hr to $31.85/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
