Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for processes within the US & CA regions:
- Handle inbound calls from customers in the United States to assist them with updating banking information or processing one-time payments.
- Execute process-related macros for different countries.
- Make outbound calls to support customers in updating their payment information.
- Prepare and issue letters through internal systems to inform customers of their account statements.
- Process disputes, balance reviews, and adjustments as required by the respective workflows.

Qualifications:

- Senior-year student or graduate in administrative or related fields.

- Intermediate English proficiency 60%

- Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge.

- Punctuality and strong sense of responsibility.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Assertive and professional communication skills.

Grade: 7

Schedule: 6:30 am to 4:00 pm

Work modality: Hybrid.
