We are looking for a talented individual to join our GBM (Global Benefits Management) team within Marsh Health and Benefits in Madrid. This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work from the office at least three days per week.

Our GBM team supports multinational clients in designing, coordinating, and managing employee benefits programmes across multiple countries. Working closely with HR, Reward, and Procurement leaders, the team delivers globally consistent yet locally compliant benefits strategies that improve employee experience, strengthen governance, and help clients manage cost effectively.
Key activities include benefits benchmarking, renewal support, vendor coordination, reporting, and advising clients on global benefits best practices. The GBM team plays a vital role in helping multinational organisations deliver effective, compliant, and competitive benefits programmes worldwide.
As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of multinational clients headquartered in Spain, develop a deep understanding of their global challenges, and act as a trusted advisor on employee benefits strategy.
We will count on you to:
- Manage a portfolio of multinational clients and ensure excellent customer loyalty and satisfaction as well as support client retention.
- Have a clear understanding of clients’ priorities and actively coordinate and communicate across the teams to ensure a successful client delivery and management of global benefits in line with clients’ guidelines.
- Manage clients' insurable benefits on a daily basis, support the implementation process, ensure key activities are completed on time and with high-quality data, and ensure internal and external teams are aligned.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for your dedicated portfolio of multinational clients and internal teams, such as Marsh local brokers regarding clients’ deliverables and provide guidance to the internal teams and your stakeholders at client side.
- Manage delivery and materials to the clients, and present results during client meetings.
- Provide renewal directions and compile project timelines.
- Support local and global teams as well as sales opportunities.
What you need to have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, Law, Sociology, Public Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the employee benefits sector
- Native-level Spanish and strong English skills in both written and spoken communication (minimum B2)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage different audiences
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- A curious, growth-minded attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and improving how things are done
- Confidence using MS Office and working with different systems, including the ability to analyse data in Excel and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations
