Job DescriptionPosition – how you’ll contribute
As a Tech Lead / Software Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our web and mobile platforms while serving as the main technical contact point for business representatives. You will be responsible for defining and evolving the system architecture, ensuring high code quality, scalability, and security across the entire technology stack.
You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural ownership, supporting teams in day-to-day implementation while maintaining a long-term technical vision focused on innovation and rapid market delivery.
Key contributions include:
- Serving as the primary technical contact for business stakeholders on design and execution of main project priorities
- Owning and evolving the overall system architecture (backend, frontend, mobile and cloud)
- Leading technical design decisions and ensuring architectural consistency
- Driving AI, low code/no code and innovation thought leadership – thinking beyond traditional coding solutions to accelerate time-to-market
- Ensuring rapid deployment of developed code based on existing technical standards with sufficient knowledge to brief expert teams
- Supporting engineering teams with technical guidance, reviews and mentoring
- Ensuring reliability, scalability, performance and security of the platform
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
- Providing awareness and guidance on mobile native app development (e.g., leveraging Geofencing via Braze)
Expectations – the experience you need:
Technical skills:
- Strong experience in designing and leading modern, cloud-native architectures
- Hands-on experience with AWS serverless environments (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS)
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js for backend development
- Proven experience with React and Next.js in production environments
- Practical understanding of event-driven and serverless architectures
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Terraform
- Familiarity with authentication and security solutions such as Auth0
- Experience working with multi-repository, domain-driven setups
- Strong understanding of REST API design and best practices
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and performance optimization
- Awareness of mobile native app development technologies and approaches
Soft skills:
- Proven tech leadership experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – able to find solutions and present options rather than simply asking questions
- Strong soft skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
