- Create user flows, low-to-high fidelity wireframes, and low-to-mid fidelity prototypes to explore and validate ideas.
- Translate research insights and product requirements into clear UX solutions.
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and inclusive design best practices.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
- Conduct and support user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Collaborate with researchers and product partners to define hypotheses and evaluate solutions.
- Use data and feedback to continuously refine and improve user experiences.
- Work closely with Product Managers to define user problems, requirements, and success metrics.

- 2–4 years of professional experience in UX design, product design, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and information architecture.
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools such as Figma.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with product and engineering partners.
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Comfortable presenting work to peers and stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile or iterative product development environments.
- Ability to use research findings and data to inform design decisions.
