Job DescriptionProject – the aim you’ll have
Our client supports millions of members by delivering meaningful and seamless digital experiences. The team is undergoing a major re-platforming initiative, introducing a modern architecture to accelerate new greenfield projects. Working with a cloud-native environment and a scalable front-end ecosystem, we are building secure, intuitive, and personalized experiences. We are looking for engineers eager to drive innovation and shape the future of a global digital platform.
Position – how you’ll contribute
- Capture, analyze, and document business and product requirements
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Backend and Mobile/Web Engineering teams
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and scope management
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement clarification meetings
- Contribute to functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping
- Ensure product decisions align with business goals and user experience
- Support test planning and verify feature readiness against requirements
Expectations – the experience you need
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Web and/or Mobile product delivery
- Strong understanding of UX flows, APIs, authentication/security, and data handling
- Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and system interactions
- Experience supporting Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with a user-centric and product-driven approach
- Ability to work with data models, process mapping, and requirements traceability
- Skilled in backlog planning and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Additional skills – the edge you have
- Ability to support QA with acceptance/test planning
- Knowledge of mobile or web performance metrics
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, serverless APIs)
- Experience working in large-scale platform transformation projects
